Victory for Home Care Workers!

SPRINGFIELD-
With a 56-1 vote, the Illinois Senate passed legislation today to fund health care and a $1 per hour wage increase for 18,000 home care workers at agencies across the state. The House approved the bill105-0 last week and now the legislation goes to Governor Blagojevich for approval.
